Brennan, Manna & Diamond, a 50 lawyer full-service business law firm with offices in Jacksonville and Bonita Springs, Florida and Akron, Ohio, is being joined by experienced estate planning and tax attorney Mike Ivan.

Ivan is a tax specialist with extensive experience in estate and tax planning, wealth preservation and business succession planning for high net-worth individuals, business owners and executives.

Ivan will head the firm’s local Tax and Estate Planning Group and Regional Transactional Group. Mike Freed, Florida’s Managing Partner for Brennan, Manna & Diamond says the firm is “beyond excited to have Mike on board.”

Ivan is a Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer, a member of the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. 

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree cum laude in accounting from the University of Miami and a J.D.
