JACKSONVILLE, FL. -- The Sulzbacher Center is serving a traditional Thanksgiving feast to hundreds of hungry men, women, and children Thursday.

Volunteers will be dishing out smoked turkey with gravy, dressing, yams, corn, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, fresh rolls, and assorted pie.

The holiday meal was made possible by generous donations from the community.

A fundraiser hosted by Roger and Sheila Williams of Harbinger Sign sponsored the meal, Publix provided turkeys, Tombo's smoked the turkeys, volunteers from the Junior League made festive table centerpieces and volunteers from Incepture, Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute and the Junior League made handmade Thanksgiving cards.

Over 450 men, women and children are signed up as volunteers to make the meal a reality, according to a news release from the Sulzbacher Center.
