JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man shot after an argument Sunday evening has died, according to police.
Melissa Bujeda, Public Information Officer for the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, said 36-year-old Phillipe Foster's death is being investigated as a murder.
Police responded to the 1000 block of A. Philip Randolph Boulevard around 6 p.m. Sunday.
Detectives at the scene said two men who knew each other got into an argument when one of them shot the other.
