JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A local nonprofit helping children get ready for school.
Jayla's Smile Inc. is hosting the second annual Back to School Drive and Giveaway on Saturday at A. Philip Randolph Park form 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This year, the nonprofit foundation has a goal of providing over 300 students with necessary for school.
"We believe it is very important for children to get off to a good start when school begins in the fall; however, most families with ill children struggle to afford the basic school supplies that are needed for their children's education," JSI said in a release on their Facebook page.
